Armchair by Yngve Ektsröm for Swedese AB 1960s
Yngve Ekström was part of the post-war modern movement that made the concept “Scandinavian Modern” world-famous. As founder of the beloved furniture company Swedese, Ekström created many famous furniture pieces, the most famous of which is the Lamino. This mid-1960’s treasure features a beautiful oak frame (which is brand marked) along with the original upholstery. A little mill wear, but a fantastic antique find. Sold as is.
